1. Processing Times

- Crochet kits: 1–3 business days

- Made-to-order items: Item specific. Email for processing time.

 

2. Shipping Methods

We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

 

3. Delivery Estimates

- USPS First Class: 3–7 business days

- USPS Priority: 2–4 business days

- UPS/FedEx Ground: 3–7 business days

 

4. Shipping Rates

Calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and method.

 

5. Tracking

Tracking information is emailed once shipped.

 

6. Incorrect Addresses

We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

 

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

Once a package is with the carrier, responsibility transfers to them.

We will assist where possible.

 

8. International Shipping

Not offered at this time. USA shipping only.
